Another Step.

So there are the three programs that I am currently using - Turbo Fire, Rev Abs, and ChaLEAN Extreme. Oh, and don't forget about Zumba!

Three main goals:
  1. Lose body fat- Turbo Fire and Zumba
  2. Get toned- ChaLEAN Extreme
  3. Become Muscular and Toned - Rev Abs
I have been in the programs for one week. They are all 90 days, meaning it will last to the end of March(ish). Perseverance is key at this point. I have lost 2.9 pounds in the last week and a half. Yes! I am weighing on the 23rd. So another week would have gone by at this point.

Using MyFitnessPal is truly helping. I have lost 13 pounds so far with that site, which helps me keep track of my calories and exercises. Calories in < Calories  burned overall.

I have taken before pictures - they are NOT pretty. So when I take the after pictures, I will show them up side by side.


Here's today's schedule of healthiness :)

Breakfast: Special K Chocolatey Delight Cereal with 2% milk
Lunch: Shrimp and Broccoli Alfredo with whole grain noodles and Green Tea.
Dinner: Protein Shake most likely, since I will be at work.

Exercises - I did Fire 30, Strech 10 (TF). Then Burn it off (CE). Ended with Mercy Abs (RA).

Of course, I did my usual 30 minutes of Zumba. I also did about 15 minutes of High Intensity Cardio followed by Squats, Lunges, Jumping Jacks, and Burpees.

I am sooo Tired but at the same time, I feel great!
